How does the E Z Pantry service work?
Call us to place your order. Your groceries will be delivered on your scheduled delivery day to your kitchen by one of our drivers. You then pay the delivery driver for the groceries. We accept cash, personal checks, EBT cards, along Debit and Credit cards too. It's that simple!
What can I order from E Z Pantry?
We deliver everything from meat, produce, deli, bread, and frozen foods, to health and beauty aids, laundry detergent, and pet items. See our complete listing of more than 9,000 items in the E Z Pantry catalog. We offer the name-brand products you love as well as generic items.
How can I get a catalog?
When you place your first order, we'll send you a complimentary catalog in your bag. You don't need a catalog to place your first order.
Why aren't the prices listed in the catalog?
The prices aren't listed because they change quite often. The catalog is only printed once a year. If they were included, then the price might be inaccurate when you order. We tell you the current prices over the phone. The driver will also give you an itemized receipt with the prices clearly listed.
How much does it cost?
There is a processing fee of $14.50 added to each delivery. But there is no membership fee or contract to sign. Save the time it takes to drive to the store, do your shopping, bring it back home, and carry it all inside. Your time is worth more than our low processing fee.
When will I get my groceries?
Just call in your order by 2 PM at least one day before you want it delivered. Delivery is available on the following days:
• Camden County: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
• Gloucester County: Tuesday and Thursday
• Burlington County: Wednesday and Friday
Expect the driver between 11 AM and 6 PM, or call our office in the morning to get a two hour time frame. Please order in advance if severe weather is expected.
What is the minimum I have to spend?
Your total must be at least $50, prior to the processing fee. You don't have to order from us every week. You can shop once a month or every other week. Your entire order is brought into your kitchen for you, so large and heavy bags are never a problem.
What if I'm not satisfied?
We guarantee you will be 100% satisfied. If you ever receive an item that you are not totally satisfied with, all you have to do is let us know. We will exchange that item, refund your money, or credit your account.
Should I tip the delivery driver?
Your groceries will be carried all the way to your kitchen counter, so please remember our driver's efforts. Tips are appreciated and can easily be included in your check or credit/debit card.
